I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, everything felt fresh and well looked after. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. The heater was already on when I arrived, so the room was warm and comfortable right away a small detail that really made a difference after a long day. Overall, it was much nicer than my past stays at Travelodge, and I’d definitely choose this place again.
Me and my boyfriend had an emergency yesterday night, we got at the hotel at around 1am, the receptionist was super nice and helped us as much as possible, it was a quick and easy process which is nice if you are tired and want to go sleep like we did. The room was clean well organised and there was some coffee and tea available. The breakfast and WiFi were free, the breakfast had many choices when it came to cold food but less for warm food. The stuff did not interact with us which I believe was a bit of a disadvantage. At the checkout the other receptionist this time a guy was super polite talkative and was a pleasure seeing someone like him when leaving the hotel. Overall nice stay!
Very good for the money. Great location, not as noisy as I thought it'd be next to a busy road. Helpful staff, breakfast was good. Facilities in the room were great (kettle, hairdryer, iron, soaps etc) and the bed was comfortable. Only negative was the shower, pretty old with temperamental temperature, needs an update.
Too many negative reviews in many social media platforms , but I made my mind strong & stayed in this hotel... I was so happy that I didn't missed an every bucks worth hotel.. My stay was so great . To add a surprise the room was very spacious which is something I never experienced in my entire UK visit. I didnt expect this. The hotel near to Kingsbury Tube station ( Jubilee Line ) & perfect place for vegetarian like me.. So many vegetarian eateries here. The service also was great. They even allowed me to keep my luggage after check - out . Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended...
Nice rooms, recently modernised. Car parking is very limited. The hotel tries to look and feel more expensive than it is, but it's a great place to stay if you're on a budget. Breakfast is limited to continental only with limited dining area.
Room was very clean but did look like it needed an upgrade as a few of the furnishings were tatty
Very nice room huge bed, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't want continental breakfast so they have 20%off breakfast in local pub. Overall very good hotel. Would recommend over most other hotels in this area.
My short break involve stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious enough for family of three. Room was located from street side so you can expect traffic noise and smells from smoking area. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and hotel reception with room service do their job excellent.
